RealIQ CRM Usage and Billing Disclosure

RealIQ is a privately branded version of the GoHighLevel CRM platform. By enrolling in or using RealIQ, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding access, billing, and platform usage.
1. Free Trial Period
You will receive access to the RealIQ CRM platform at no cost for the first three months
beginning on the date your account is activated.
2. Subscription Fee After Trial
At the end of the three month free trial period, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription at a rate of 97 dollars per month, unless you cancel prior to the end of the trial period.
3. Pass Through Usage Based Fees
RealIQ operates on the GoHighLevel platform. Certain features and services within the platform are billed on a usage basis. These may include, but are not limited to: SMS messaging, email sending, phone number rental, call forwarding or call minutes, AI chatbot or AI assistant features, and other usage based platform tools and automation services. These fees are charged at the standard wholesale rates set by GoHighLevel. RealIQ does not add any markup to these usage charges. All usage fees are billed directly through the platform to your account.
4. AI Bot and Automation Features
If you choose to enable AI bots, AI assistants, or advanced AI automation tools within RealIQ, these features carry additional platform charges that are determined and billed by GoHighLevel. RealIQ does not increase or upsell these fees. You will be responsible for all AI related usage costs at the platform’s published rates.
5. Billing Responsibility
You are responsible for the monthly subscription fee after the free trial period, as well as any usage based charges incurred through your account, including SMS, phone, email, AI features, and automation activity.
6. No Guarantee of Business Results
RealIQ provides software tools for CRM, marketing, communications, and automation. Your business performance and results depend on your strategies, implementation, market conditions, and execution. No specific financial, income, or performance results are promised or guaranteed.
7. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your RealIQ subscription at any time. If you cancel after the free trial period has ended, subscription payments that have already been processed are non refundable. Your account will remain active through the end of the current billing cycle.
8. Platform Ownership and Policies
RealIQ is independently branded and operated. The underlying CRM technology, infrastructure, and billing for usage based services are provided by GoHighLevel. By using RealIQ, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and the GoHighLevel platform policies.
